Welcome to Ann Arbor Lacrosse Lessons!

 

Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in Michigan, unfortunaly the talant in the greater Ann Arbor area has grown so fast that there are not enought coaches with the knowledge to help these players continute to learn the game.

 

I am a former college lacrosse player & coach who believes that the key to success is PRACTICE, and that's why I started A2L2.  I want to fill the gap between coaches and players in the Ann Arbor area.

 

As someone who grew up and learned the game in Ann Arbor I know how hard it can be to find quality coaches. The game has advanced so much in the last 10 years that players now need coaches who have next level experience and can provide both game and positional knowledge. They need coaches who can teach players to understand the game, and teach them the skills they need to become great players.

 

1 on 1 coaching is the quickest way to improve as a player.  You can run as many shooting drills as you want, but if your coach doesn't teach you the proper shooting technique, you will only advance so far.

 

That's where I come in.  As a former Highschool coach and All American player I have a completed knowledge of the game. I have played at both the D3 and D1 level in the last 5 years, and I understand how the game is played today, not how it was played 25 years ago.
